Please fill out the following information to request an initial consultation to discuss your DEIJA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Access) training, dialogue and/or collaboration needs. We will review your request within 5 business days and assign an IIE lead who will follow up with you to schedule a first meeting within the following weeks. If you have any questions in the meantime, please reach out to diversity@tufts.edu.

Please note that all requests are subject to staff/facilitator availability. We recommend making requests as far in advance as possible but no later than two weeks ahead for existing trainings and one month ahead for tailored offerings. 

Please also note: as staff and faculty, including those reviewing your submission, we are all mandated reporters at Tufts. If what you have to share might rise to the need for mandated reporting (i.e. retaliation, harassment, discrimination) at Tufts, we encourage you to make a report to the Office of Equal Opportunity.

Please submit an individual form for each request if you need more than one learning development opportunity.
