Effective May 11, Tufts University lifted its COVID-19 vaccination requirement and strongly recommends that the general population of students, faculty, staff, affiliates, vendors, and visitors remain up to date with COVID-19 vaccines as recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

All faculty, students, and staff who provide patient-facing healthcare will continue to be required to provide documentation of a COVID-19 primary series and a booster (or if previously unvaccinated, one bivalent dose) or obtain a religious or medical accommodation.

After receiving the primary series and/or booster shot, please send your documentation to:
