Campus Space Request
In order to use space at Tufts University, please confirm you agree with our policy below:
- Your organization's event, meeting, or program will be free and open to the public – fundraising, ticket or merchandise sales, or service fees are not allowed.
- Your organization will clean the space after use (it should be left the same way it was found).
- In many cases, the room rental fee will be covered by the office of Government and Community Relations. By agreeing to this policy, your organization will be responsible for any additional charges due to:
- Catering
- Audio visual support services (microphone, projector, etc.)
- Parking
- Facilities labor or equipment rentals
- All guests and organizers should arrive and depart on time as scheduled. If there are any changes or cancellations to your reservation, staff should be notified as soon as possible.
- A member of your organization must stay until all your guests depart.
- No alcohol can be consumed or served on campus.
Although all space requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, the office of Government and Community Relations is only able to cover the room rental fee for nonprofit organizations and government related groups. Companies and organizations are always welcome to reserve rooms though Tufts Conference and Event Services.
