Use this form to request a change in a course that currently has its own dedicated listing in SIS.

Note: You may change two of the following three aspects of the course: Number, Title, Description. If you are changing all three you should use the New Course Proposal Form.

Note for title changes: Course titles on transcripts can be 50 characters maximum. Include an abbreviated title for SIS of 30 characters maximum.
