Meditation Session,
presented by Christina Pastan, Assistant Clinical Professor of Endodontics and Director of Mind Body Wellness, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine
Meditation is an ancient practice that calms the mind and relaxes the body. We are human beings that more and more have become human doings. Meditation allows us to “just be” and get quiet within ourselves as well as cultivate the qualities self-awareness, non-judgement and self-compassion. This 30 minute introductory mediation session will tap into all three qualities of meditation with a variety of techniques and two meditation experiences. No experience necessary.
