Office of Financial Aid | Electronic Consent Form
Email is considered the official form of communication for the Office of Financial Aid (OFA) at Tufts University School of Medicine. The OFA uses email to notify students of outstanding requirements, financial aid eligibility notices, loan disbursements and other pertinent information. Granting consent allows students to have access to their account including the ability to:
• Receive financial aid eligibility notice via email
• Review their financial aid online
• Receive reminder notices, including specific communication about your financial aid status
• Receive notices about financial aid opportunities, including financial literacy programs and offerings
• Communicate with the Office of Financial Aid via email for any reason
Unless consent is provided, electronic correspondence or email communication will NOT be permitted with the OFA. All communication will be sent to my mailing address via US mail, which may delay processing times. Also, no email exchange will be permitted and all requests for information must be made in writing. Additionally, documents should not be uploaded to the FA Box Drive if consent is not permitted.
