The Global Dietary Database (GDD), housed at the Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy, estimates intake for 55 dietary factors in 185 countries for 25 years.
As part of our process, we are working to accurately characterize the typical serving sizes of refined grain foods around the world. We are therefore requesting your expertise regarding the common types of refined grains consumed in your country(ies) of research and their respective serving sizes. We are hoping to use this information to better characterize refined grains globally in an effort to ensure that the data we use are as accurate as possible. Your responses to the following survey will improve the quality of our data, making this an even better resource!
This survey should take approximately 5 minutes of your time. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and your responses will be confidential. If you have any questions about this survey, you may contact the GDD Research Team at info@globaldietarydatabase.org
We thank you for your time and effort.
