Donated items are added to the collection at the discretion of the SMFA Library staff. If we decide not to accept your item, we will return it to you.

If accepted, this item will be cataloged and made searchable via the Tufts Libraries' JumboSearch platform. All information supplied on this form will be publicly accessible with the exception of creator name, should the creator wish to remain anonymous. Images of item covers may also be included in catalog records, though items in their entirety will never be digitized and made publicly accessible without explicit creator consent.

The SMFA Library reserves the prerogative to remove cataloged items from the collection without notifying the creator.

Creators may request the removal of their items from the collection; removal will be contingent on consultation with professional library staff.

This is an actively used collection; if you wish for your item to be preserved for posterity consider donating a copy to the Tufts University Archive.

Note that cataloging zines takes time and we can't predict when your work will find its way to our shelves. We ask for your patience as we process your donation.

Thank you for your donation!
