Students who wish to use military educational benefits for study at The Fletcher School should complete this form and if new to The Fletcher School submit proof of eligibility at least 45 days prior to the start of every term in which those benefits will be used. All information on this form needs to be confirmed by Fletcher's VA School Certifying Official (SCO) in order to certify your coming semester’s benefits. 
  
If you are new to Fletcher, along with completing this survey, a copy of your Statement of Benefits from the VA must be submitted. If you don't have a recent copy of your certificate of eligibility you can obtain one by going to ASK VA (ask.va.gov). If you received a copy after August 20, 2022 and applied to VA.gov, then you can obtain a copy at:  https://www.va.gov/education/download-letters/
